This service uses your existing hard drive — we do not replace any hardware. If your hard drive is older or showing signs of wear, we may recommend upgrading to an SSD for better performance and reliability. We handle your device with the utmost care and professionalism throughout the entire process.
We strongly recommend backing up your data before any migration. We offer a data backup add-on for a small additional fee, or you can back up your data yourself beforehand.
