How It Works

  1. Book your session — fill in the form below and we’ll confirm your booking within 1 business day.
  2. Download RustDesk — we’ll send you a link to download our free, self-hosted screen sharing tool. It takes about 2 minutes to install.
  3. Share your session ID — at your appointment time, open RustDesk and share your ID with us. We connect securely to your screen.
  4. We get to work — you watch, learn, and ask questions while we solve the problem together.

Good to Know

Remote Support sessions are billed in 15-minute increments at $10 per 15 minutes ($40/h). We also offer a discounted 2-hour session for $75 — ideal if you have a list of things to work through or want a thorough walkthrough of your new system.

RustDesk is a free, open source, self-hosted screen sharing application — no subscriptions, no data sent to third-party servers. Your privacy is always our priority.
